Hello and welcome to my website!
I’ve been teaching fitness classes in local leisure centres for 23 years and now I only teach online to make my classes accessible to everyone and to make it easier and more time efficient for you to get fit and stay fit.
I believe fitness should be fun,time efficient and accessible to everyone!
my classes
I teach Step, Aerobics, HIIT, Body Conditioning, Lift Lean™️, Stretch, Mobility and Fitness Yoga. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced.
I’m also qualified in menopause nutrition and a qualified Menofit™️ Instructor. I’m very passionate about woman’s health and wellness as I’m going through menopause myself!
I can work with you on a one to one basis if you need help with your nutrition and fitness during peri menopause or menopause. Please contact me directly for more info on working with me one to one.
My fitness classes run 6 days a week on FB live and every class is saved so I have a library of 100s of on demand classes to do at a time to suit you!
